It’s Pancake Day and here at DreamingFish we’ll be celebrating by undertaking a little competition in the office.
To kick off…here’s our favourite pancake recipe:
100g plain flour
Mix, add a little butter to a pan, heat and cook to golden brown!! Yum!
But what about if you’re a vegan?? Here’s what our Hannah is doing today:
150ml almond milk
1 ripe banana (peeled and mashed)
Handful of pecan nuts
1tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Blend the oats and baking powder into a flour. Roughly chop pecan nuts and add. Blend banana and milk, then add the dry ingredients. Oil and heat a pan, then cook to golden brown.
