Launch film about the acquisition of TDC by Maynard. Filmed and edited by Dreaming Fish Productions in London.
The project
At the start of 2022, PR property consultants Calvermont approached us in need of a video which would tell the story of the acquisition of The Transport Design Consultancy (TDC) by Maynard Design Group. With a clear brief set, we began producing their launch film. We filmed 3 different interviews at Maynard’s London studio with each of the Managing Directors from TDC (Tony) and Maynard (Julian), individually and both together in conversation. The Calvermont team briefed both speakers on key talking points; Julian and Tony proved to be naturals on camera! We captured extensive interview and b-roll footage (in long and short form) for use across platforms to promote the acquisition.
The launch film
To enhance the launch film, we added animated elements in Maynard’s clear, simple and elegant style. We coordinated closely with Calvermont’s PR schedule to maintain clear communication and precise timing throughout the project. Since completion of the film, we have since created additional sound bites for use on social channels. Thank you to everyone involved in this project. We look forward to working with you again soon.
