We kicked off the festivities with our Christmas party last week! ✨ Phil and Sam surprised us by organising a cooking class for the team at the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking! 👨🍳 🍲 🍽️
Working in pairs, chef Beatrice talked us through the recipe and we had a go at making our own butter turkey curry dish. We used fresh ingredients and a range of different spices like turmeric and paprika to add extra flavour to the dish. 😋
Once we were all finished, we sat down together and enjoyed our delicious and well-deserved meal with a glass (or 2 😉) of wine. Thank you Phil & Sam! x
