The project
In December last year, we were approached by London-based charity, Miracles, (who help families in crisis) to create a promotional video for their supporting project, Feed London, a charity which “addresses poverty directly and fights for changes in the law to achieve fairness and real equality”, to create a promotional video which would help raise awareness around the fantastic work they do in supporting families that are struggling all over London. Since 2020, Feed London has helped 1,500 families and supported 3,650 children by providing enough ingredients for over 35,700 main meals! 🍴🥘 🍅🥕 With ‘We care’ being one of our core values, we couldn’t not get involved in such an important project. After a few initial calls with the client to find out exactly what they wanted, 2/3 of our Production team; Lucy and Alex went up to London to meet and film the Miracles Project Director and Feed London founder, James Burton, Nutrition Director, Christine Bailey, as well as some of the charity’s volunteers.
The promotional video
We filmed at the Feed London HQ, interviewing James and Christine on what the charity does, how they help disadvantaged families/children and how they’re donations work. We delivered the final video in a standard 16:9 format within a 2 week turnaround time. The Feed London team were over the moon with the video we created and we couldn’t be happier about that.
