How we’ll create your promotional video

Creative ideation: Once you contact us with your requirements, we’ll suggest possible approaches for your promotional video. We’re always looking for ways we can create greater value for our clients so we’ll also look at ways that the video can have multiple uses across different platforms.

Pre-production: We use our project management platform to create a plan for your video production and our producers ensure we stick to it! We also share the plan with you so we can share documents and you’re able to check-up on progress.

Scripting: We’ll work with you to create a script that delivers your message at whatever level of detail you need, and ensure it speaks directly to your audience using their language.

Storyboard: For animations and higher value live action films, we’ll carefully craft a storyboard to match the script so that you can see exactly what your project will look like.

Filming/animation: Our friendly and talented in-house team will then film or animate your video!

Post-production: Following filming, live action footage will be edited, graded and any additional audio or animation will be included. Animation will have music and audio effects added. Final videos will be delivered in the agreed formats depending on their use, either landscape, portrait or square as required…and we’ll make sure that you are kept updated during the process.

Where will my promotional video be created?

Our in-house creatives are based in Surrey, UK and are able to send a crew to any location within the UK and abroad; we can even source a local crew if we’re unable to travel! If you’re looking for an animated video, this is all completed in our studio, there’s no need for any on-site filming as it’s created by our talented animation specialists.

How do we know what type of video will offer the best ROI?

This really does depend on your type of business and your audience. If you’re an app, tech or software developer, you may want to opt for an animated video which explains your product. Whereas, if you have an on-the-shelf product, it’s great to show it in action and using our production crew and talent may be a preferable route for your promotional video.

How long does it take to create a video?

We usually say around 4-8 weeks for the creation of an explainer animation and around 2-4 weeks for a live-action video; both depending on requirements. However, if you have a deadline in mind, we will work towards it to make sure we deliver your project on time. Once we have more information about your video project, we will share a production timeline with you so you can be kept updated on our progress.
