Creative ideation: Once you contact us with your project requirements, we’ll suggest possible stylistic approaches for your video(s). We’re always looking for ways we can generate greater value for our clients so, we’ll also look at ways that your video can have multiple uses across different platforms (e.g. website, YouTube and LinkedIn etc).

Pre-production: We use our project management platform to create a plan for your video production and our producers ensure we stick to it. We share the production plan with you so we can share documents and you’re able to check-up on progress and feedback with your thoughts throughout the production.

Scripting: We’ll work closely with you and your team to create a script that delivers your message at whatever level of detail you need, and to ensure it speaks directly to your audience, using the correct tone of voice and language.

Storyboard: For animations and certainly higher value live-action videos, we’ll carefully craft a storyboard to match the script so that you can see exactly what your project will look like, in real time.

Filming/animation: Once the storyboard is signed off, our friendly and very talented in-house team will then film or animate your video. This is where the magic truly happens!

Post-production: Following filming, live-action footage will be edited, graded and any additional audio or animation will also be included. Animated videos will have music, voiceover and audio effects added. Final videos will be delivered to you in their agreed formats (depending on their usage), either landscape, portrait or square as required. We can also offer comprehensive support for implementation, cross-platform repurposing, and localisation if needed.

How long does it usually take to create a video?
This will depend entirely on what your video is about, its duration and style. As an approximate guide, we usually say between 2-4 weeks for a live-action video (e.g. brand video, promo, event highlights etc) and between 4-12 weeks for an animated video (e.g. explainers, demos, 2D, 3D etc), depending on certain requirements. If you have a specific deadline in mind, let us know on our initial call and we can discuss options/what is doable.
What’s the ideal duration for my video?
The length on your video can depend on a few factors but typically, a video for use on a website, should be a maximum of 90 seconds long, unless it’s telling a longer story, like a company documentary or a training film. If your video is intended for use on social media however, we’d suggest a duration of approx 15-30 seconds, depending on the purpose of the video.
